- Own the day-to-day execution of our schools initiatives across multiple locations. - Coach and develop cross-functional teammates to deliver outstanding schools customer experiences. - Partner with analytics and merchandising to translate KPI insights into weekly action plans. - Champion continuous improvement by documenting best practices and leading sprint-style experiments.

- 3+ years of experience in schools operations or leadership roles. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments. - Comfort interpreting performance dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership. - Availability to travel occasionally to support launches, audits, and partnership meetings.
