Refund & Payment Policy

Processor: Wish Money

1. Payments

All employer transactions are processed via Wish Money through a secure API. You agree to pay any applicable job-posting or premium fees before listings go live.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

  • A job post fails to publish due to a technical issue on PhoenixHired’s side.
  • Duplicate payments occur by error.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed job postings or active listings.
  • User error or incorrect information submission.

3. Refund Process

Send a request to contact@phoenixhired.com with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Email used for payment
  • Description of issue

Approved refunds are processed through Wish Money within 7–10 business days.
