Refund & Payment Policy
Processor: Wish Money
1. Payments
All employer transactions are processed via Wish Money through a secure API. You agree to pay any applicable job-posting or premium fees before listings go live.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if:
- A job post fails to publish due to a technical issue on PhoenixHired’s side.
- Duplicate payments occur by error.
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed job postings or active listings.
- User error or incorrect information submission.
3. Refund Process
Send a request to contact@phoenixhired.com with:
- Transaction ID
- Email used for payment
- Description of issue
Approved refunds are processed through Wish Money within 7–10 business days.
