These Terms govern your use of PhoenixHired.com. By creating an account or browsing our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Not misuse or impersonate others.

2. Employers

Employers may post job listings subject to moderation. You agree not to post illegal, discriminatory, or misleading jobs. PhoenixHired may edit or remove any listing that violates these rules.

3. Candidates

Candidates may upload résumés and apply to jobs. You consent to share your résumé and contact info with employers.

4. Payments

Employers may be charged posting fees via Wish Money. All payments are processed securely; we do not store payment card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Payment Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and trademarks belong to PhoenixHired. Job posts and resumes remain property of their owners but grant PhoenixHired limited license to display them.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhoenixHired is not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer authenticity, or damages from use of the site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
